These Terms of Services govern access to and use of the MedicWillow website, its forms and any related communications (together, the Site). By visiting the Site, creating an account or submitting information, a visitor agrees to be bound by these terms.

Anyone who does not agree with these terms should stop using the Site.

MedicWillow provides general educational information and personal guidance intended to help people understand Medicare options such as Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement coverage and prescription drug plans.

• MedicWillow is not a government agency and is not connected with or endorsed by the federal Medicare program.
• Information on the Site does not guarantee eligibility, pricing or the availability of any plan.
• Plan details, costs and networks are set by the carriers offering them and may change without notice.

The Site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age.

• Account details must be accurate, current and complete.
• Each account holder is responsible for keeping login credentials private.
• Activity that takes place under an account is the responsibility of its holder.
• MedicWillow may suspend or close an account that appears to break these terms.

By submitting a form and selecting the related consent options, a user agrees to receive emails and text messages from MedicWillow about their inquiry and, where chosen, about Medicare plan options and offers.

Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends text messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

When using the Site, users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or details belonging to someone else without permission
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site
• Copy, scrape or resell content from the Site for commercial purposes
• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law

Content on the Site and guidance shared through it is general in nature. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from a licensed professional who knows the full circumstances. Final decisions about coverage rest with each individual.

The Site may reference or link to insurance carriers, government resources and other outside websites. MedicWillow does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, products, pricing or privacy practices. Any agreement with a carrier is solely between the user and that carrier.

All text, graphics, logos and design elements on the Site belong to MedicWillow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may be viewed for personal, noncommercial use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

The Site and all information on it are provided on an as is and as available basis. MedicWillow makes no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicWillow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, reliance on its content or decisions made about Medicare coverage.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the Site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not allow it. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

MedicWillow may update these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect once posted on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of the Site after that point means the changes are accepted.
